Standard guest Rates
[Whole House; $500 Minimum]
Long Weekend, Thursday through Monday: $210 per guest
Short Weekend, Friday through Sunday: $180 per guest
*Private events, Scrap-Booking, Quilting, or other crafting retreats
weekday community Rates
[Studio & first floor only; 12 Guest maximum]
Weekday, Day Rate (9am to 5pm): $110 per rental
Weekday, Evening (6pm to 9pm): $75 per rental
*Community Organizations, School In-Services, Business Meetings, etc.
gift certificates
Pre-paid weekend and weekday rental gift certificates may be purchased and redeemed towards private reservations, and do not have expiration dates.
